Pricing

Prices of services, products and other charges are displayed clearly on our website here.

 

Masks & sanitisation

As per government guidance you are not required to wear a mask during your treatment. Sanitisation stations are placed in the salon so please use them to protect yourself and others.

 

Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling Becky on 07980 302757 or if you have made your appointment online, can be cancelled via your email confirmation. Please be aware that if you have paid for your service in full and have not attended your appointment, it is within my rights that you will not be offered a refund. Please give at least 24 hours notice so I can offer your reserved time to another client on my waiting list. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can't make an appointment so we will do our best to accommodate you and reschedule your appointment when necessary. 

 

Nails, Chips & Repairs 

If you have any issues within 72 hours from your treatment time, please contact me and I will happily repair the affected nail.

After this period and up to two weeks post treatment, a charge of £5 per nail will be applied for any repairs required.

 

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date issued.

Please look after your gift voucher, if they are lost we cannot replace them. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

When you use your gift vouchers, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the voucher. Change will not be given. Purchase them here.

 

Allergies

Please inform Becky if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.

Inform me immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails.
